In consideration of being permitted by AEON CO. (M) BHD. (“Operator”) to participate and enter the cat playground, I, the undersigned hereby read, understood and agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions of the Cat Playground and/or any provisions stipulated herein:

1. General

• I understand and acknowledge that my (or children) participation at the cat playground involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, injury to myself (or children under my care), others visitors, or animals(e.g. cats), as well as damage to personal property and/or death.
• I hereby understand that I am responsible for my/children actions and behaviour while on the cat playground, and I/children agree not to shows any sign of aggression, or behavioural issues that may pose a risk to other animals or visitors.
• I understand that animals may react in an unpredictable way to sounds, sudden movements, people, or other animals that could result in injuries to people. For my own safety (and the safety of the children under my care) and the safety of other visitors and to avoid any untoward injury to myself and/or children under my care, I will comply with all notices and all directions, instructions, guidance or requests that may be posted, given or made by the Operator’s staff. I hereby agree to assume all risks of personal injury, theft, loss or damage of property arising out of my (or children) own negligence, acts, omission, conduct or behaviour whilst participating in the cat playground.
• I hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless against the owners, Operator(s), employees, volunteers, and affiliates of the cat playground from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may result from my actions or the actions of the animals while on the premises. This includes injuries caused by the animals or from behaviour of the animals present in the said playground.
• I/children hereby waive any and all claims, rights, or causes of action against the cat playground, Operator, its staff, and any other associated parties in relation to any injury or damage suffered while participating or interacting with the animals (e.g. cats) at the playground. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or injury to the animals.
• By this waiver, I/children, assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury or death or damage to personal property with the Operator, including but not limited to entering the cat playground, observing or interacting with the animals. It is a condition of entry that visitors observe all verbal and visual warnings, do not enter the cat playground without explicit permission from the staff of the said playground.

2. Medical Declaration

• I declare that I am well aware and know of no medical condition which would prevent me or any children for whom I am responsible and, on whose behalf, I am signing this release from participating in the cat playground. I agree that all medical costs to cover the aforesaid injury or damage will be borne wholly by myself.
• I hereby agree to follow all health and safety guidelines set forth by the cat playground. I agree not to enter the cat playground if I exhibit signs of illness, aggression, or behavioural issues that may pose a risk to other animals or visitors.

3. Authorisation to use images & personal information

• I understand that photographs, film, video or recording may be taken of me (or children) and I hereby agree to allow the same to be used by Operator for any purpose in connection with the cat playground and I acknowledge and agree that no payment of any kind will be paid to me (or children) and that all photos, film, videos and recordings are exclusively owned by the Operator for the purpose of advertising and promoting the cat playground. Any collection or usage of personal information relating to myself (or children under my care) shall be in accordance to the applicable laws of Malaysia and the Operators’ privacy notice in https://aeonretail.com.my/personal-privacy-data-notice/.

4. Acknowledgment

• By signing this waiver, I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have read, fully understand and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Waiver Form, including any future revisions or updates as may be determined/notified by the Operator. I voluntarily agree to sign this Waiver Form and release the Operator from any and all claims related to the participation at the cat playground by myself or children.
