CAT PLAYGROUND – TERMS & CONDITION
The cat playground is operated by AEON CO. (M) BHD. and/or its authorised agents (hereinafter referred to as “Operator”). Any visitors whom are interested to enter the cat playground is required to register with the Operator before enter the cat playground (“Playground”), SUBJECT to the following terms and conditions:

1) Eligibility of Visitor

• Any visitor aged 18 years old and above is eligible to register to enter the Playground;
• Any visitor under 18 years old (“children”) is allowed to register only in the presence of his/her parent or legal guardian.

(“hereinafter referred to as “Visitor/Visitors”)

2) Registration Process

• Step 1: Fill up the online form provided at the respective location,
• Step 2: Agree to the terms & conditions on the provided link,
• Step 3: Acknowledge the waiver form on the provided link.

3) Conduct and behaviour

Visitors are encouraged to:

• Treat the cats with gentle, respect and mindful behaviour.
• Wear socks at all times.
• Follow the instructions, directions, advice or guidance of the staff at the Playrgoung when interacting, handling or playing with the cats to ensure safety.
• Be aware of and take care of any personal medical conditons (such as asthma, allergies etc) before entering the Playground.
• Declare to the staff at the Playground any medical conditions or allergies (such as allergies to fur), that may be affected or triggered by animals.

4) Prohibited Activities

Visitors are strictly prohibited to:

• Bringing any unauthorized food and pet food or treats from outside;
• Feeding any cats without approval from the staff of the Operator;
• Bringing any stray or personal cat into the Playground;
• Bring any dangerous or harmful substance or goods (e.g. sharp object) which may harm the cats or other visitor in Playground;
• Smoking or vaping in the Playground;
• Taking photograph or video without consent of the staff at the Playground;
• Using flash photography that may distub the cats after consent has been obtained form the staff at the Playground;
• Making loud noise or playing music that may startle or distress the cats;
  Failing to supervise children under its parent/legal guardian; or
• Engaging in distruptive or inappropriate conduct (e.g. yelling, hitting, aggressive behaviour or any expression and/or action) that might harm the cats.

Any Visitor found to be in violation of any of the criteria mentioned above may be subject to immediate expulsion and may be prohibited from entering the Playground
in the future.

5) General

• By completing the registration process, Visitors agree to be bound by and comply with all the terms and conditions stated herein.
• By entering the Playground, Visitors acknowledge and accept that they are responsible to take reasonable steps to ensure their own safety (and/or the safety
  of their children), considering any personal medical conditions.
• The parent and/or legal guardian shall exercise all reasonable steps to supervise their children at all times in the Playground.
• Visitors agree and consent that the Operator may publish/use the Visitors’ photographs and videos taken at the Playground in any promotional materials
  including but not limited to the social media platforms of the Operator (such as PETEMO Website page, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and/or TikTok) for advertising
  and/or promoting the Playground (“Publication”). The copyright of all Visitors’ pictures, photographs and videos taken/collected by the Operator in Playground shall belongs to the Operator.
• The Operator (including their respective affiliated and related companies) shall not be held responsible to any damages, losses or whatsoever liabilities arise from the Publication including but not limited to the posting of the same in the Operator’s website, platform and/or any public domain.
• Any change or variation to the terms & conditions, business hours, special events, or holidays will be informed to Visitor in advance through the Operator’s social media platform.
• Visitors are not allowed to take commercial photographs or videos except with the Operator’s prior written consent. Visitors who wish to use photographs and videos
  taken in Playground for commercial purposes may request consent from the Operator at hello@petemo.com.my, at least 7 working days in advance.
• The decision of the Operator in all matters relating to the Playground shall be final and binding. No correspondences, queries or appeals in respect of any decision of
  the Operator will be entertained.
  The Operator reserves the right to suspend, extend, terminate or close the Playground earlier than anticipated and to amend the terms and conditions of the
  Playground at any time without prior notice. Any new or amended terms and conditions shall supersede the existing terms and conditions with immediate effect.
• The Operator shall not in any way be responsible and liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses incurred or suffered by the Visitors in relation to their
  participation in the Playground, including but not limited to injuries sustained from interacting with the cats or failing to follow the instruction/advice provided by staff.
• The Visitors shall indemnify and hold harmless the Operator and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, sponsors and/or representatives) (“the Indemnified
  Parties”) fully indemnified against any and all claims, suits, costs, expenses, losses and/or damages (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or
  incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the Visitors’ acts, negligence, omission or breach of any of the terms and conditions of the Playground.
• The Visitors agree that any collection of its personal information or date shall be in accordance to the applicable laws of Malaysia and the privacy notice of the Operator in https://aeonretail.com.my/personal-privacy-data-notice/.
• The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall be governed and construed in accordance to the laws of Malaysia.
